Account & Data Deletion
Users and organizations may request deletion of accounts or associated data by contacting founder@workforcevisionai.com.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
Depending on account type and legal/operational requirements, Workforce Vision may:
- Delete user account information
- Remove authentication credentials
- Revoke platform access
- Remove stored personal information
- Retain limited records required for security, audit trails, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and evidence integrity
Verification & Operational Records
Certain verification, audit, or operational records may be retained where necessary to preserve chain-of-custody integrity, maintain audit consistency, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retained records are restricted and protected under Workforce Vision security controls.
Organization-Controlled Accounts
If your account was created or managed by an employer or organization, deletion requests may require organization approval, and some records may remain under the organization’s control.
Mobile Application Deletion
Deleting the Workforce Vision mobile application from your device does not automatically delete your account or operational records. Account deletion requests must be submitted separately.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification, legal obligations, active disputes, and billing or compliance requirements.
