By accessing or using Workforce Vision™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Services
Workforce Vision provides operational verification, workforce coordination, scheduling, proof-of-work generation, reporting, and related infrastructure services. Services may evolve over time.
2. Authorized Use
Users agree to:
- Use Workforce Vision lawfully
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Use the platform only for authorized operational purposes
- Avoid interfering with platform integrity or security
Users may not:
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Circumvent security controls
- Upload malicious code
- Falsify verification records
- Abuse verification or tracking systems
3. Verification Records
Workforce Vision generates operational verification records using available system signals and data inputs. Verification records are intended to support operational documentation and evidence generation.
Workforce Vision does not guarantee legal admissibility, regulatory acceptance, absolute proof of physical presence, or fraud prevention in every circumstance. Organizations remain responsible for operational oversight and compliance.
4. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for protecting login credentials, maintaining authorized access, and activities occurring under their account. Organizations are responsible for user permissions, workforce consent requirements, and internal compliance obligations.
5. Billing & Payments
Certain services may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and subscription terms may change with notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension, limited access, or termination.
6. Intellectual Property
Workforce Vision™, related systems, branding, verification infrastructure, workflows, and platform materials remain the property of Workforce Vision or its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly provided.
7. Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services may be modified, suspended, or updated without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workforce Vision shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, operational losses, or third-party misuse. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, fraudulent behavior, or abuse of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the State of Florida unless otherwise required by law.
