Workforce Vision LLC may send SMS text messages to users who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive communications related to their account, services, scheduling, verification activities, invoices, and platform notifications.

Workforce Vision may send text messages related to:
- Trial signup verification codes
- Account-related notifications
- Platform notifications
- Job scheduling notifications
- Worker assignment notifications
- Travel and ETA updates
- Proof-of-completion notifications
- Invoice delivery notifications
- Service-related operational communications
- Manager-to-worker notifications initiated through the platform
Workforce Vision does not sell phone numbers and does not send third-party marketing messages.

Users may voluntarily provide their phone number through Workforce Vision platform registration, account settings, customer onboarding, scheduling workflows, invoice workflows, or service-related communications.
